Walk and Talk

Our staging specialist will walk through the property with the homeowner giving verbal recommendations for getting the home ready for sale. Homeowners are encouraged to take notes. 90 minutes $225.00

Written Consultation

Arriving on site our Staging Professional will tour the property inside and out. Upon completion a comprehensive staging report will be available to the homeowners detailing room-by-room tips and recommendations specific to the home. 2 – 21/2 hours $275.00

DIY (Do-It-Yourself) Staging Consultation

This is ideal for the property owner who has the time and ability to stage their own home. Our staging expert will complete a written consultation as described above. We will include a plan to execute lifestyle and target staging geared towards the demographics of your neighbourhood. Suggestions for the addition and placement of furniture, accessories and artwork will be very specific. We will recommend an accent colour scheme, style and scale of pieces, and suggestions for acquiring them. This report will take 24 hours to prepare. 3 hours in home $450.00

Occupied Staging and Showcasing

Our professionally trained team of stagers will implement proven lifestyle selling techniques to showcase your home. We have an extensive inventory of furniture and accessories to compliment our homeowners existing pieces. A proposal for staging and plan of execution would be available following a completed consultation

Vacant Staging

An empty property no matter how attractive is a cold uninviting space and one which buyers find difficult to envision them living in. We offer a full range of upscale and on trend furniture and accessories to bring your vacant space to life. Once the property is viewed a proposal is presented outlining the investment in staging.

Staging for Living/Design

We will make the most of what our client may already own.  By using our staging and showcasing expertise we will recreate the space taking into consideration our clients lifestyle and design choices.  We also love to help settle our staging clients into their new home. $150.00/hr

Colour Consultation

Whether you need colour advise for selling your home or living in it, we can provide the help you need to make the perfect selection. $150.00/hr
